Wuyi is a mountain area in the Fujian province in China, and this Oolong tea must have had the best weathering possible because it will make your taste buds dance. A rich aroma invites you to sip slowly as the myriad of tongue sensations explode and comfort your palate. As with all fine teas steep this one 3 or even 4 times varying the steeping times – never the temperature – with each steep. Start at 2 minutes perhaps then work your way up to 5 or six minutes. Play. Have fun and enjoy the unique taste change each steeping. You will notice a slight taste difference but not a dilution! Yum! Do not try this at home – alone – the first time you taste it. Call a couple friends.
