House Oolong Tea
House Oolong Tea. Oolong tea is “oxidized” less than black tea and more than green tea. Here is a good place to clarify something that pops up every once in awhile when reading about the different tea styles – black, oolong, green, white etc… Tea is NOT (well we hope not) “fermented” it is “oxidized”.
This Oolong is from the Fujian area of China. It is noted to be colored a bit more on the green side when compared to other oolongs and has a sweetness to the taste. This tea is a tea capable of being steeped several times. Play around with the steeping times and enjoy the different “mouth feels” and tastes with each steep.
