Matcha Green Culinary Organic Tea
Matcha Green Culinary Organic Tea is finely ground green Japanese tea that makes a wonderfully enthusiastic mix. This is a unique “stoned ground” tea from shade grown tea leaves of the “ceremonial” grade.
You will want to put about 2 grams – roughly 1 teaspoon – of Matcha in a bowl and then add about 2.5 ounces of water heated to 160 to 170 degrees, then whisk until you get a nice “frothy” top.
